1. Introduction
Welcome to Luxe Clean Pro Services. We are committed to providing top-quality commercial cleaning services with professionalism and excellence. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth working relationship.


2. Service Policies

  • All cleaning appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Clients must provide accurate access information (keys, codes, security clearance) before the scheduled cleaning.
  • Luxe Clean Pro Services only uses approved cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested by the client.
  • A final walkthrough with the client is recommended to ensure satisfaction.

3. Payment Policies

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and business checks.
  • Late payments beyond 7 days will incur a 10% late fee.
  • A 50% deposit is required for first-time clients and large-scale cleaning projects.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • A cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will apply if notice is given less than 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Luxe Clean Pro Services is fully insured for damages caused by our staff.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, personal belongings, or fragile items left unsecured.
  • Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Health & Safety

  • Our staff follows strict hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of gloves and masks when necessary.
  • Luxe Clean Pro Services does not clean hazardous materials, including biohazard waste, mold, or industrial chemicals.
  • Clients must ensure that the workspace is free of safety hazards before our team arrives.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Luxe Clean Pro Services respects the confidentiality of all clients.
  • All business and client information is kept strictly private and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Our staff is trained to handle confidential office spaces with discretion.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Any special requests should be communicated in advance.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuable items before our team arrives.

9. Termination of Services

  • Luxe Clean Pro Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if clients fail to comply with company policies.
  • Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or unsafe working conditions will result in immediate service termination.
